Below is a list of questions frequently asked by people thinking about advertising in Carolyn's Fliers. If these questions don't cover your inquiry, please feel free to email or call.

How many agents do you distribute to in each area?
The amount of agents on our list is ever growing. Our goal is to gain subscriptions from as many active agents as possible and become a part of their network.

How is the electronic flier distribution effective when agents get so much email?
Our email list is not a purchased list filled with random names within the real estate industry, rather it is a list of agents who subscribe to receive Carolyn's Fliers or have been previous customers. Based on a reputation of over 20 years of trusted quality service to the real estate industry Carolyn's Fliers is a welcomed email.

How do I make a PDF file?
Most graphic programs have the option to print to pdf or save as pdf in the print or file menu. However, you may be working in a program that does create pdf documents. Seek help from your administrative person or see questions below.

May I send you my flier in a Word doc?
Yes. It's best if you also fax a hard copy of the flier since parts of the flier may be changed when opened up on another computer. We will always do our best to match what you fax us.

May I send a Publisher file?
You may, however, since it's not a format we support, it will require some added work. There is a cost of $15 if you'd like us to make a pdf from your Publisher document.

When I order distribution, how many times will my flier go out to the Realtors?
One time per order.

Can I reserve a specific page in the magazine?
No. All of the fliers are listed by city in alphabetical order. If you have a flier with multiple listings on one page, it will go in our "features" section.

Do you still do paper distribution?
Yes. If you have tear sheets or fliers that you've already had printed, we still distribute hard copies to the real estate offices. Call to find out the schedule; it is not every week.

Do you give a discount if I have more than one flier?
Sorry, no. However, you can make a flier with two listings on it.

My flier is two-sided. What do I do?
If you want both sides in the magazine, the cost is double. If you want only one page, make sure the address, your name and contact information is on the page you submit.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and check. Click here for a credit card authorization sheet.

Do you provide billing?
Only for corporate accounts; payable upon receipt.

Can someone who is not a Realtor subscribe to receive Carolyn's Fliers?
No. This publication is designed as a tool between agents. Should an agent choose to forward it to their clients or another agent, they are free to do so.
