What forms of payment do you accept?
Graphic Exxpress accepts Visa and Mastercard as well as personal checks from local customers.

If you design my piece, how long will it take?
In most cases, we supply a first proof of your project within three-five days. Typically, we go back and forth a couple of times until you're ready for a final proof, at which time we'll require your signed approval. The turn-around depends a lot on the availability of the client to relay their corrections/changes at each proofing. Rushes will be accommodated, when our schedule permits, at an additional 50% mark up.

How long does printing take?
We have a few options depending on which print method is chosen. Rush turn-around is available. Each project is a little bit different so turn around needs to be determined by the job. Just ask and we'll let you know.

How do I send you my pictures?
JPG format via email is easiest. If the file is too large, it may be necessary to provide us with a disk of your photo(s). Please do not send files larger than 5M via email. If you're sending several photos, it's a good idea to send them in a couple of transmissions rather than overloading one email.

Who writes the text?
You provide the text. We will offer suggestions if we feel there may be a better choice of words or if something isn't fitting into the parameters of the piece.

Can you print a flier I've already designed?
Yes. Provide your artwork in a high-resolution PDF format. If you hope to utilize our Commercial Full-Color Printing, specific photo specs and PDF settings are required. Please follow directions before submitting your artwork. If problems arise with your artwork, with your approval, we can repair the file and bill you accordingly. (This will effect the turn-around time of your job by a couple of days.)
